    Shopify is a ready-made platform. Does it still need maintenance?

    Shopify takes care of hosting, platform security, SSL and system updates. The theme, apps, products, speed and promotion of the store, however, are the owner’s responsibility. That is where maintenance comes in.

    Can you take over a store built by someone else?

    Yes. We start with a review of the theme, apps and settings to assess the state of the store and see what needs improving.

    Will you have access to my entire store?

    Shopify lets you give partners access (collaborator access) only to the sections they need, without sharing your own password. You remain the owner of the store.
